Located in a quiet residential street, this funky oasis offers a retro vibe that transports you back to the 40s and 50s. The spacious two-bedroom/two-bath unit provides a comfortable stay, with a kitchen for convenience. The friendly and helpful staff go out of their way to ensure a pleasant visit. Take advantage of the small wine/beer/coffee bar and grab some breakfast/lunch items. Enjoy the pool area and the courtyard for relaxation. And don't forget to say hello to Phil, the friendly peacock who often roams the grounds.
Some noise may be experienced at night from the room near the parking lot.

The property's location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, such as Old Town Tortilla Factory, which was just a short 10-minute walk away.

Great pool and location close to shops, bars and restaurants. , the apartment’s size was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Despite the price being fair, the hotel levied a "resort fee,” which we found unreasonable. We didn’t feel comfortable and the room didn’t look clean, even with the patio.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a residential area of Old Scottsdale. The location was perfect, nestled in a quaint neighborhood of retro apartments and within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale, art galleries, museums, and restaurants. The value for money was exceptional, with spacious rooms featuring a fabulous retro feel, a living area, dining room, and a fully-functional kitchenette. What really stood out was the huge patio attached to the rooms. It was a great place to relax, with comfortable outdoor sofas and a teak table for enjoying meals together with family and friends. The staff were friendly and aimed to please, providing towels and essentials upon request. this hotel offered great attention to detail and provided a wonderful experience.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

I loved the retro vibe of the place, with its 1960s art deco decor and charming apartments-turned-suites. The fully-functional kitchen in my one-bedroom suite allowed me to stock up on groceries and enjoy home-cooked meals. The pool area was simply delightful, with a heated pool and a hot tub perfect for relaxation.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Newly remodeled hotel with trendy and stylish suites. Spacious one or two bedroom suites with separate bath, full kitchen, dining room, and living room.- Beautifully decorated Sinatra Suites paying tribute to Sinatra.- Overlooking a central pool and BBQ area.- Convenient location with pedicab access to nightlife and walking distance to Fashion Square mall.- Super cute coffee shop nearby.
The presence of a caged peacock for a retro vibe, which felt outdated and unnecessary. Noise from a late-night wedding party that kept me awake until midnight.
